Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the EZ Connection AI app (“the app”), operated by BuildSage. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

Who can use the app

You must be at least 17 years old to use EZ Connection. The app provides self-improvement and dating-confidence coaching for personal use only.

Not professional advice

EZ Connection offers general coaching and AI-generated suggestions for entertainment and self-improvement. It is not professional, psychological, legal, or medical advice, and its AI responses may be inaccurate. Use your own judgment; you are responsible for your own decisions and interactions with others.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, deceive, threaten, or harm anyone
• Submit content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative
• Reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or abuse the service or its AI features
• Use the app in violation of any applicable law

Subscriptions, billing & free trial

• EZ Connection Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (Weekly, Monthly, or Annual). Prices are shown in the app for your region.
• New accounts receive a 10-day free trial with full access. No payment is required to start the trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device’s App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (messages, questions, reflections). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the app’s features to you, including sending it to our AI processing provider to generate responses. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildSage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion via attri.karank@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
