BuildSage was founded in 2025 in Delhi, by people who were tired of two things: agencies that overpromise and ghost, and AI hype that doesn't translate to anything useful.
We work with founders, operators, and small teams who need real technical work done — payment systems that actually process money, AI that actually saves hours, websites that actually convert. Not slide decks. Not roadmaps to roadmaps.
We stay small on purpose. Two or three engagements at a time, so everyone we work with gets the principal's attention, not a handoff to whoever is junior this quarter.
The best work happens when the client and the studio share taste. We'd rather decline a project than execute something we think is wrong.
Tools matter less than judgment. We use Stripe, Razorpay, n8n, Claude, GPT, Next.js, Webflow, Framer, and whatever else fits — but we don't fall in love with any of them.
We document everything we ship. You should be able to fire us six months in and have someone else pick up where we left off.
AI is a tool, not a religion. We use it heavily where it earns its place and refuse to use it where it doesn't.
